Kurality Fest Terms & Conditions

Seller(s) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions upon confirmation or payment of the booth fee for Kurality Fest.

"Seller/Sellers" refers to the applicant(s) who rent a booth space at Kurality Fest. "Organizer" refers to Elevents, the organizer of Kurality Fest.

BOOTH OWNERSHIP

Resale or transfer of booths is strictly prohibited as all sellers are curated.

Booths will be forfeited if an unregistered seller turns up on event day.

BOOTH FEES

Booth fees are strictly non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Organizer.

Transfer of booth dates is not allowed under any circumstance.

BOOTH SETUP & CLEARANCE

Sellers may begin setting up from 11:00am on each event day.

Sellers who fail to arrive by 12:00pm may forfeit their booth.

Sellers must vacate their booth and complete tear-down by 9:00pm.

Booth areas must be cleared of trash and returned in clean condition.

Date:  30 June 2025 (Monday) to 3 August 2025 (Friday) *excluding Thursdays

Time: 12:00pm – 8:00pm

Venue: Guoco Midtown II | Bugis MRT Exit D

BOOTH OPERATION

Electricity is not provided unless stated otherwise.

Sellers are responsible for the cleanliness of their booth area.

Booths must not obstruct walkways or exceed the allocated space.

Additional display setups are allowed but must fit within the assigned booth footprint.

MARKETING & PUBLICITY

By confirming your booth, you grant the Organizer permission to use your brand images from Instagram or other public platforms for marketing and publicity purposes.

If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform the Organizer in writing upon confirmation.

SECURITY & SAFETY

Sellers must operate professionally and respectfully at all times.

The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items.

Sellers are liable for any injuries or accidents caused by their setup or negligence.

Any improper or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.

PROPERTY CARE

Sellers will be held responsible for any damage to the venue or equipment.

No venue property is to be moved or tampered with unless authorized by the Organizer.

All waste must be disposed of in the appropriate bins.

GENERAL

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate any booth without explanation. No compensation will be provided for such termination unless due to Organizer fault.

No complimentary parking is provided unless otherwise stated.
