I want to share a booth with another creator. Is that allowed?

Yes, you may share your booth with one other creator. However, both creators must be curated and approved by the Organizer. Unregistered sellers will not be allowed to operate.

Are there any pricing restrictions for my products?

No, we do not enforce any price limits. You are free to price your products at your discretion as long as they align with your brand and are appropriate for the event’s demographic.

Can I choose my booth location?

Booth allocations will be arranged by the Organizer for optimal flow and curation. Requests may be noted, but specific placements are not guaranteed.

Can I sell food and beverage (F&B) items?

F&B sales are not allowed.

When can I start setting up and when must I tear down?

You may begin setting up from 11:00am, and must complete tear-down by 9:00pm. Sellers who do not arrive by 12:00pm risk forfeiting their booth.

Do I need to be present at my booth all the time?

Yes, either you or a representative must be present during all operational hours (12:00pm–8:00pm). 

What does the product curation process involve?

We review all applications to ensure product variety, quality, and alignment with Kurality Fest’s theme. Sellers will be notified upon successful selection.

How will I know where my booth is located?

Booth locations will be communicated via telegram a few days before the event. Please check your texts regularly for updates.

When is the deadline to book a booth?

Booth bookings close one week before the event start date, or earlier if all slots are filled. Early registration is encouraged.

Do my customers need to pay to enter?

Nope! Entry is completely free for the public. Bring your community and enjoy the vibes.
